Kapuso actress Heart Evangelista belied rumors saying she is only being used by her boyfriend, Senator Francis "Chiz" Escudero, for electoral gimmick to gain an advantage in the upcoming 2013 elections.
According to an interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal, she said that she will not be affected by rumors spreading about them.
"Okay lang. Bahala na sila. Hindi naman sila ang kinikilig eh. Yeah, I mean, you know… that’s why I want to keep it private kasi ayoko ng mga intriga. But then again, you know… business ko iyong [relationship ko] eh,” she said.
She has always wanted to keep her relationship private.
“Kung may mga sinasabi man sila, okay lang. Wala namang magagawa sa akin ‘yon, e. I’m always going to be open, I’m always going to be honest. But I won’t be as public as before. I’m happy like that,” she said.
